Do you allow children to stay?
Yes. Children are welcome in the existing bedding arrangement which is 2 king beds (can be split into two singles) and 1 queen bed. We can also supply a highchair and portacot is free of charge. An additional port-cot and baby goods may be hired from the Fremantle Baby Hire, and deliveried to Oceanic Apartment. Please ask us how. 

Do you allow more than 6 adults to stay.
No. City regulations do not allow more than 6 adults.

 Are pets allowed?
Only by approval. Please contact us to discuss pet needs.

Can we park more than 1 car?
We have only one Free Car parking bay on site. There is a multi car park adjacent to the apartment which is always available. Additional charges will apply.

Do you accept single night bookings?
No. City regulations do not allow less than 2 nights. Our preferred minimum is 4 nights. If you need to arrange less than 4 nights. Please contact us.

Are you in the centre of town?
Yes. Very centre walk 1 or 2 mintues to all the sights.

Do you have adsl broadband internet access (wireless)?
Yes.

Do you take bookings for less than 4 nights?
We occasionally take bookings for less than 4 nights on a case by case basis. If you wish to enquire about a booking of less than 4 nights please Contact Us.

Do you take bookings for more than 14 nights?
The apartment is available to be booked for more than 14 nights at a time. If you are interested in booking the apartment for more than 14 nights please Contact Us.

Do you require a Bond or Security deposit?
A security deposit is collected by Oceanic Apartment of $400 or credit card. It is designed to cover us against uneccesary damages. It is refunded within 14 days following your departure provided there is no loss or damage to the property.
